Legal information
Privacy policy
This policy describes the personal-data processing actually associated with the public website at calibra-core.com. It does not cover the CalibraCore SaaS application, which is a separate service.
1. Data controller
The controller for the processing described here is GV Labs, a French micro-enterprise operated by Alexandre KUSTER, SIREN registration number 910 255 264, Route des Gorges du Tarn, 12520 Aguessac, France. You can contact the controller at contact@calibra-core.com. Further information about the publisher is available in the legal notice.
2. Data processed and purposes
Website access and security
When you visit the website, technical data needed to transmit and secure its pages may be processed: IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser, device and associated technical information. The website is hosted and distributed through Cloudflare Pages.
This processing is used to display the website, maintain its availability, detect incidents and protect the service. It is based on the publisher’s legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website. The exact retention period for any technical logs depends on the Cloudflare account configuration and must be confirmed by the website owner.
Contact and demo requests
Demo request forms send CalibraCore your name, company, professional email address, main objective and any need you choose to describe. The page, originating form and UTM campaign parameters present in the link are included to identify the source of the request. This information is sent only when you submit the form.
This data is used to answer your request and prepare a discussion or demonstration. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contract; a general enquiry is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in replying to messages received. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle and follow up the request, then deleted when no longer useful, unless a legal obligation applies or they are needed for a contractual relationship.
Google Analytics 4 audience measurement
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is loaded only after your explicit consent. It may then measure viewed pages, interactions and sessions, as well as browser and device information, approximate geolocation and identifiers stored in Analytics cookies. After a demo request is successfully sent, a conversion event identifies the page and form used; it contains neither your name, email address nor the content of your request. Its purpose is to understand use of the website and improve its content.
The legal basis is your consent. Advertising features are disabled in the website integration. The data-retention setting of the GA4 property is not documented in this repository and must be checked in Google Analytics administration. Cookies and withdrawal are explained in the cookie policy.
Cookie preference
Your granted or denied choice and its date are stored in your browser for six months. This local storage is used only to avoid asking for your choice on every page and is not transmitted to the server.
3. Recipients and service providers
- authorised people within CalibraCore, to answer messages received;
- Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting, distribution and technical protection of the website;
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), to transmit requests by email;
- Google Ireland Limited and relevant Google entities, only if you accept Google Analytics.
The website does not sell personal data, and no other advertising tool or third-party tracker was identified in its code.
4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Resend and Google operate international infrastructure and state that some data may be processed outside the EEA. Depending on the transfer, they state that they use the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See Cloudflare’s information, Resend’s Data Processing Addendum and Google’s transfer mechanisms.
5. Your rights
Depending on the processing and the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. You may withdraw your Analytics consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, email contact@calibra-core.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority or with the CNIL in France.
6. Changes to this policy
This page will be updated if the processing, providers or their conditions change. The date at the top identifies the version currently in force.
